
Registration Cancelation Policy

All registration changes or cancellation requests must be sent to the conference organization by E-mail:info@ewmb.com.mx

Cancallations received before September 9th, 2025 will be refunded minus fees related to the online payment method, as well as an administrative fee of $50.00 USD.

Cancallations received before October 9th, 2025 will be refunded to 50% of the registration payment minus fees related to the online payment method.

No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after October 9th.

No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or changes made to the conference program.

Any refunds or reimbursements will be processed after the end of the conference. Reimbursements will be made considering the same currency exchange rate as applied when the payment was received by the conference organization.
Terms and Conditions
Registration must be done through the online registration form on the official conference website: www.ewmb.com.mx . One registration per person. The conference organization does not accept registrations made by telephone. You will receive a confirmation E-mail after submitting the registration form, which will include your registration number. This number will be requested upon change or revision of participant’s registration. If you do not receive the confirmation E-mail, please contact the conference organization: info@ewmb.com.mx
Information about available payment methods are given on the online registration form. Full payments are require prior to registration deadline date, indicated on the official conference website. Payment confirmation and invoice will be sent by E-mail after receival of the full registration payment, please note that this may take a few days.
If Student registration is selected (Master’s or PhD student) the participant will be asked to provide the proof of
inclusion to this category at the point of registration on-site in Mexico, otherwise participant will be requested to pay the amount difference between the registration catagories.
Registration fee includes:

Admission to all sessions and workshops at the Conference in Mexico City (Nov. 9-10, 2025) and the
Conference in Merida (Nov. 12-14, 2025). -
Lunches and Coffee breaks assigned in the program.

Welcoming Dinner at the main Conference in Mexico City (Nov. 9, 2025).

Welcoming toast at the Main Conference in Merida (Nov. 12, 2025).
The conference gala dinner in Merida (Nov. 13, 2025) and the conference gala dinner in Mexico City (Nov. 10,
2025) are not included in the registration fee. Tickets to the gala dinners can be purchased separately through the online registration form.
The Mexican Adsorption Ascociation (AMDA) is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property.
